there isn't just that though. RP_Bangclaw, RP_Cg_Gtown, RP_divinecity, RP_downtown, are just a few other suggestions which all have several houses n crud.
sure you'll need to interior decorate but that's the fun part, I have about 3 furniture packs for that kinda thing and it's really fun.
