Well, I definitely have anxiety and more than a little depressed, so that explains a lot :XD: 

I looked up B12 and it doesn't seem to be linked with depression and anxiety, B12 deficiency is cited more with joint pains and messed up nervous system. Although I suppose it wouldn't hurt to get a B12 supplement, since I have less access to the foods that provide it lol
