Don't work yourself too hard, if you don't have any ideas, just take it easy.  Something that I used to do would be if I didn't have an idea, I would just start doing it with no real goal or project.  Like building something out of play-doh.  I would just keep building on until it I get an idea.  Maybe you could do something like that.  Just tinker around until you get an idea.  But still, if you don't have time to do that, that is perfectly fine.  I'm just throwing out ideas.  Sometimes patience and time is key.  Sorry if I'm not being helpful.  Truth is...I don't have any ideas either.  But your work is amazing.
