You're welcome and take your time. A lot of computers have problems and maybe you should have someone look at it. My parents and I ask the people at Best Buy for help on that

That's not always the case. I know people who have age old computers, the original computers and they still work fine
I dont doubt that. Mine is a cheaper computer though.
True but if you wouldn't mind a suggestion, perhaps try asking the Geek Squad at Best Buy
Ill be sure to keep that in mind. Unfortunately we rarely go to best buy. I will suggest it though.
