thanks my dear friend, I think they said that the maritime provinces are the worst in waiting times...I am in pain 24/7, on the scale from 1 to 10, pain wise..its always between a 7-10....I am going to see if my physiotherapist can do something for me

You're most welcome... I will pray that your PT can give you some relief... no one should have to endure constant pain like that ~

thanks my dearest friend, I suffered with shoulder pain for at least 2 years or more before the surgery...I guess i'll wait some more, that's all I can do....once in awhile I will take a morphine pill that they gave me...but that doesn't even help with the pain..all it does is knock me out...I don't know what else to do:(

You're very welcome... that is certainly the hardest part - to have to wait... I have had spurs in my heels for a while now... they don't act up all the time, but every now and then they can be quite painful - but what would be even more painful for me would be the surgery and being laid up and missing work... :faint:

is there some sort of cushion that you can buy for your shoes to protect your heels? you sound like the type of person that always  needs to be moving around and doing something.

There are inserts that I use to minimize the discomfort - and I do take ibuprofen as needed. But every now and then they act up... still, I know folks who are suffering far more than I am - present company included... Hug

You're most welcome, my dear friend - well, we do have to talk about these things, though... and who better than with our friends?  :peace:
